Juan G founded Number Juan Realty after seeing firsthand how overwhelming the traditional home sale process was for a family member dealing with foreclosure! This sparked an idea and a passion for offering solutions to homeowners that are often in a pinch. What began as a way to offer a solution has turned into a passion for serving and helping others.
With 5 years of real estate investment experience across the Wyoming and California markets, he built Number Juan Realty to Sheridan and Sacramento homeowners as a faster, simpler, and more transparent way to sell their property compared to traditional methods of going on market and dealing with listings, appointments, canceled transactions, the list goes on and on!
Juan is based in both Sheridan, WY and Sacramento, CA and is personally involved in every transaction. You'll speak directly with him when you reach out.
Why We Started Number Juan Realty
We got into real estate investing because we saw a real problem. The traditional home sale process — finding an agent, making repairs, staging, waiting for offers, negotiating, hoping the deal doesn't fall through can take months.
